IV. Key provisions of the declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederations, U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights are clear and convincing evidence that the Founding Fathers of American Apartheid never intended that the United States of America would ever become a democracy. For instance, pursuant to the provisions of Article II, Section 1 and the 12th and 23rd amendments to the U.S. Constitution, U.S. Presidential Elections will be decided by either 538 members of an Electoral College & a minimum of 270 of 538 Electoral Votes, 50 members of the U.S. House of Representatives & 50 members of the U.S. Senate or the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives & the President of the U.S. Senate. Also, because November’s general election and the popular vote were never ratified as provisions of or the right to vote amendments to Article II section 1 of the US constitution, the American people don’t have a constitutional right to vote in presidential elections and, there are 7 possible outcomes from every presidential
election(See Article II, section 1, the 12th ,15th ,17th ,19th ,23rd ,24th and 26th amendments to the US constitution and the presidential elections of 1788 – Present) Moreover, citizens of the District of Columbia, an unincorporated U.S. colony, are intentionally disenfranchised of voting rights and the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate, economic autonomy from the U.S. Congress and their quest to become the 51st United States of America. Similarly, U.S. citizens of Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Island, American Samoa, Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands, the other five unincorporated U.S. Colonies, are also intentionally disenfranchised of voting rights in the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate, and U.S. Presidential Elections. Finally, slavery, racism, sexism and voter disenfranchisement of people of color, women and most white men were all legal under specific provisions of the Supreme Law of the United States (see Article I, Sections 2, 3 & 9, Article II, Section 1, Article III & Article IV, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution)?

As seven of the most sacred and revered documents in the International Community, the Magna Carta of June 15, 1215, The American Revolution (1775-1783); The Founding Documents, Patriotic Songs, pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States, cognitive dissonance and mendacious hypocrisy of American democracy (see the Declaration of Independence) Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776, Articles of Confederation of March 1, 1781, U.S. Constitution of September 17, 1787, Federalist Papers of October 27, 1787, The Hattian Revolution(1791-1804), The Cuban Revolution (July 26, 1953-January 1959), Bill of Rights of December 15, 1791,Star Spangle Banner of 1814, National Anthem of 1932, My Country, Tis of thee1831, Battle Hymn of the Republic 1861, God Bless America 1918 & with liberty and justice for all);and the Emancipation Proclamation of January 1, 1863 were also documents of White Supremacy, Jim Crow Laws, crimes against humanity, genocide, mendacity, hypocrisy, cognitive dissonance, and disenfranchisement of those people of color who were created by God and the Founding Fathers of American Apartheid as unequal, invisible inferior & disposable savages; In support of their racist hypothesis, White Supremacist eloquently concluded that “Man is created in the image of God. God is not a Negro. Therefore, the Negro is not a man”?

In conjunction with their original intent, core American values & principals, the psychology of voter disenfranchisement/voter suppression and exclusion is absolutely the brain child of the Founding Fathers. As a matter of fact, the Founding Fathers were passionate advocates of exclusion, voter disenfranchisement and crimes against humanity based on race, gender, class, religion, age and national origin. According to the Founding Fathers, members of the U.S. Supreme Court, both Chambers of the U.S. Congress, candidates for the office of the President and Vice President of the United States, the President and Vice President of the United States, state legislatures and members of the mass News Media, “The American People” are extremely stupid because they lack the requisite information, knowledge, wisdom and common sense necessary for the election of U.S. Representatives, U.S. Senators, the President and Vice President of the United States and Federal Judges (See Article I, Section 2, Article I, Section 3, Article II, Section 1, Article III, mendacity & hypocrisy of the religious test of Article 6 and the 12th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution)

Violence Against Women Act of 1994; the 2012 U.S. presidential primaries, democratic and republican conventions and the November 6, 2012, general election of the President and Vice President of the United States were tantamount to an elaborate and expensive (approximately 7.1 billion dollars) electoral fraud for the following reasons: (1) November 6, 2012: the general election allocated 60,459,974 popular votes and 332 electoral votes for President Obama and 57,653,982 popular votes and 206 electoral votes for Governor Romney...as integral components of the general election, electoral votes, popular votes, and the general election are egregiously in violation of Article II, Section 1 and the 12th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution...the general election is an unofficial election because popular votes are not Constitutionally relevant (See the Presidential Election of 1824); Citizens United v FEC (2010); (2) December 17, 2012: members of the Electoral College supposedly cast 538 secret and separate ballots...538 Electoral Votes trumped 129,000,000 popular votes...electoral votes always trump popular votes; for instance, in the 2000 U.S. Presidential Election, Bush’s 271 electoral votes trump Al Gore’s 50,999,897; (3) January 4, 2013: as members of the Electoral College, members of a joint session of the 113th U.S. Congress certified 332 electoral votes for President Obama and 206 Electoral votes for Governor Romney...the Electoral College Election is the official election of the President and Vice President because Electoral votes are Constitutionally relevant...the President and Vice President were re-elected on separate ballots (See the Presidential Election of 1804)? (4) January 20, 2013: the official, private and third Inauguration Ceremony of President Hussein Obama? (5) January 21, 2013: the unofficial, public and forth Inauguration Ceremony of President Barrack Hussein Obama? (See 20th & 22nd, Amendments to the U.S. Constitution) United States v. Windsor (2013), Shelby County v Holder (2015)
15XIII. As a result of the provisions of an outrageously antiquated, undemocratic and dysfunctional Electoral College, there are popular votes, electoral votes, November’s General Election, December’s two Electoral College Elections on separate, secret & sealed ballots, January’s certification of those separate, secret & sealed ballots by the President of the U.S. Senate, in the presence of members of the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate, seven possible outcomes in conjunction with every Election of the President and Vice President of the United States. For example, Wonder Women wins both popular and Electoral Votes and wins the Election; Wonder Women’s 270 Electoral Votes trump Super Man’s 51 million popular votes and wins the election; 269 Electoral votes for Tarzan, 269 Electoral votes for Jane and the election ends in a tie and Members of the Electoral College could certify 269 Electoral votes for Trigger, 259 Electoral votes for Champion, 3 Electoral votes for Bat Man, 3 electoral votes for Mighty Mouse and 4 Electoral votes for Rin Tin Tin and the election ends without a winner or even a tie. If an election ends without a winner supra, the President of the United States will be elected by members of the U.S. House of Representatives, Vice President of the United States will be elected by members of the U.S. Senate and finally, the election of the President of the United States could be decided by the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives. Moreover, a Vice President from a different political party could be elected by the President of the U.S. Senate as Vice President of the United States (See Article II, Section I & the 12th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution) and the Presidential Elections of 1788, 1796, 1800, 1804, 1824, 1828, 1876, 1888, 2000, 2008 , 2012 & 2016)
16XIV. Public outrage coupled with a Constitutional Amendment to “repeal & replace” the Electoral College prior to the 2016 U.S. Presidential election is on point because Articles II, Section 1 & the 12th Amendments, the provisions of the U.S. Constitution that govern the Electoral College are outrageously in violation of core democratic and Constitutional principles such as “One Person, One Vote,” “government of the people, for the people and by the people” and “We the People”?
17XV. The Founding Fathers, Christianity, White Supremacy, Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, “Birth of a Nation,” “The Turner Diary” and “The Bell Curve” are absolutely the bases of crimes against humanity, genocide, disenfranchisement and hate crimes against people of color in the United States of America
18XVI. Pursuant to the September 17, 1787, precedent supra, Tea Party’s Mantra and the Occupy Movement, the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights of the 18th century should be “repealed & replaced” by a U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights of the 21st century
19XVII. The U.S. Constitution of the 21st century should consist of four separate and distinct parts: (1) The Preamble, (2) The U.S. Constitution, (3) The Bill of Rights and (4) Amendments
XVIII. The Preamble to the U.S. Constitution of the 21st century should also read as follows: We the People of the United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and The Northern Marianas Islands, in order to create a democracy of inclusion, preserve universal enfranchisement, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Prosperity
XIX. the Constitution of the 21st century should further read in part: (1) Article I, Section 2: U.S. Representatives will be elected by “the American People” for a single eight year term of office; (2) Article I, Section 3: U.S. Senators will be elected by “the American People” for a single eight year term of office; (3) Article II, Section 1: The President and Vice President of the United States will be elected by “the American People” for a single eight year term of office and (4) Article III, Section 2: Federal Judges will be elected by “the American People” for a single eight year term of office
XX. Article I, of the Bill of Rights in part will read: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the “right to vote”, the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for redress of grievances
XXI. Article II, of the Bill of Rights will read: A well-regulated active duty U.S. Forces, U.S. Reserves, National Guard and First Responders, necessary for the security and safety of the United States, District of Columbia and U.S. Territories, the people’s right to keep and bear arms will be regulated by the U.S. Congress and State Legislature.
p.s.: On all four, greed, envy, exploitation, violence, mendacity, hypocrisy, materialism, selfishness, propaganda, power, revenge, fear and control clearly and convincingly constitute the core values and principles of the Founding Fathers, American democracy, Christianity, capitalism and “The American People!”
In support of those core values and principles cited above, conduct a critical analysis of: (1) self – the person in the mirror might be the person you hate the most; (2) immediate family members – parents, siblings, spouse and children; (3) extended family members – aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, etc.; (4) best friends, friends & associates; (5) community members; (6) co-workers; (7) church members; (8) U.S. citizens of the 50 States, District of Columbia and five U.S. Territories; (9) members of all three branches of federal, state, county and city government; (10) local and National News Media; (11) U.S. Armed Forces and (12) the hidden history of the American Empire! In accordance with the doctrines of Christian Discovery, manifest destiny and project for a new American Century, the Founding Fathers and all other white supremacists are created equal, that they are endowed by the Creator with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, the Pursuit of Happiness and the Right to Civilize, Christianize and Control those people who were created as invisible, unequal & disposable by God and the Founding Fathers. Whether the Treaty of Tripoli of 1798 was the basis for America’s project for the 19th, 20th & 21st Centuries? Whether the American people have been under surveillance since the Alien and Sedition Act of 1798? Whether “Remember the Main,” Pearl Harbor, African Liberation Day (May 25,1963), the Gulf of Tonkin Incident (1964), Weapons of Mass Destruction, Chemical Weapons and other pretext for wars are some of America’s greatest lies; As a result of their inability to apply courage, commonsense and think critically and independently, the American people are brain washed and control by both biblical and secular propaganda! The United States is either, a pseudo Christian, exceptional, constitutional democracy or a White Anglo and Saxon Protestant Empire! Christianity is a religion of slavery, racism, sexism, terrorism, violence, crimes against humanity & genocides;
